  KANSA (bronze) has its origins in India around 3300 BC. It is an alloy of copper and tin. In Ayurveda, Kansa is considered a healing metal with amazing qualities and is used to make tableware, meditation bowls and gongs. As a massage tool, Kansa is understood to draw harmful toxins and acids from your system/ relieve stress and balance the 3 doshas.
  The Kansa Wand has a wooden handle and a Kansa dome which is beaten in this shape by hand. The different sizes and shapes of the dome are made to fit the different contours of your body. e.g. the foot massager has a flatter dome for smooth long strokes along the base of your feet whereas the face massager has a smaller dome with a greater curvature in order to fit the contours of your face.

  QUALITY OF YOUR WAND
  The quality of the wood is very important for the longevity of your kansa wand. We use SHEESHAM which is also called the Indian Rosewood to ensure good quality.
  CARE FOR YOUR KANSA WAND
  When you receive your wands please clean before use and then after every subsequent use. Rub a wedge of lemon on the kansa (the dome). Please do not rub lemon on the wood handle. Then dry with a clean cloth.
