Our bottles arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Upon arrival we noticed a flaw in one of the lids that looked more than an acceptable flaw for the amount of money paid. I contacted the service department immediately and voiced my concern. I cannot express my gratitude for their immediate desire to rectify the situation. We were sent a new lid within days and are now enjoying the benefits of our copper water bottles! Exceptional service and product! I am so happy I purchased but also really appreciated the information I found on YouTube from you about the benefit of copper and the correct use of drinking from a copper bottle to ensure the benefits. I wish that information was included with the purchase along with the proper care of my bottle so as to reduce or manage the patina.

I purchased 2 one for me and one for my husband. After one use my husband bottom of the inside has turned black. He used filtered water to boot. I shared my concerns and they promptly reassured me that this is normal for copper and not to worry. That is process is called patina. Customer service has been top notch

I found this awesome handmade cooper sink via Google search. I was looking for a large cooper sink without smooth surfice. They are not easy to find. At first I was abit skeptic but after some more Google digging and conversation with Alnasir Khan I was convinced that Kaarigar was real deal.

Everything from the order, measuments, overflow hole, drainage hole etc. went as planned. What ever I needed or asked for example specific measuments they took into consideration and delivered.

Sink took about two weeks to manufacture and maybe five days to ship from India to Finland. And when I got the package the suprise was even bigger. The sink was even better than I expected. The measuments were correct, finish was perfect and every detail that I wanted was in place. After some months use the sink will age beautifully (kind of tarnish not sure what the word is in english)

Communication with Alnasir Khan went as it should. First sink was damaged by the shipping company and Alnasir called me via Whatsapp the same day and made sure that they started manufacturing new one right away. I didn’t need to do anything else for the matter.

I did some research to find a copper water bottle that is truly copper and made well. This one is what it promises to be. Thicker copper. Hand made. And it has a great carrying handle, which i like. My next copper purchase will again be with this company.
